Ahem...
Quality over quantity...
Doin thangs, Blowin it, Dream team dubz/ supreme, Dj's trife life, Double Dragons, FTV.
I believe all of these videos came out within or close to two years ago,all independently produced. Correct me if I am wrong.
And I very well could be.
But Dominion has been putting out great content as well. Even if it's been on facebook or whatever other medium Just watch "Last days of hippo." Really good skating.
Also, even if "little kids" are putting out more "$hit" than anyone else, I think that's a testament to a good skate scene. If not, one that will continue to thrive in the future.
Basically, I just wanna say that I have been skating off and on for about 9 years now, and I have never seen such an active skateboarding scene in Richmond.
And i think it's ****ing awesome.
But I am probably wrong.
Oh yeah and this forum died when it changed its format in 2006.

ok i admit those videos were produced recently, but also these videos were not meant to be legit ( even though there was some very good skateboarding in them). What i want to see out of richmond is some serious ****, besides dominion. I also never said that little kids making videos is a bad thing, its more than some people are doing. Dominion always puts out good stuff but im tired of seeing the same people. These little kids are the ones that will hopefully keep the scene alive. ive been skating for 7 years without going on and off and i disagree - the scene is definitely not what it used to be. But your right about the forums.

if im not seeing a "skate scene" day in and day out, its a pretty safe assumption that there isnt a very big one.
im not in the "scene" here, but i can look out my window and see kids skating by.
rva scene = held together by 5-10 people

theres way more that 10 peeps in the skate seen and thers way more skating going on than in front of a camera thers way more infront of one that you have yet to see an unless ur part of this so called gvt spyin on every moving life form i highly dout yoy see every skate boarder in ricmond skating when they ... blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
