Concrete is not too hard to work with. Just don't add to much water and stir well with a shovel in a bucket or wheelbarrow. Make it at least 3 1/2 inches thick and pack the dirt or rocks under it well. If it's too thin it will just crack up. You get about 30 minutes to play with it after it's down to smooth it out. After it's dry (2 days) you have to paint it! If the base cracks where you roll, get some bondo or the like and smooth it out to perfection. This will last forever! It's way better than wood!
