On Saturday, June 7th, there will be a skate benefit being held at the Manchester YMCA on Hull Street. Zachary Wilkinson tragically passed away on September 7th, 2007. He loved life and skateboarding was one of his many passions. His family has formed a memorial fund in hopes of awarding a young person with a scholarship every year until he would have graduated in 2014. This Saturday June 21st, we are celebrating Go Skateboarding Day at Hippoland (Azalea Mall). We are going to have a few best trick contests and have some DC Shoes to giveaway. We're starting the session at 5 p.m. so come out and shred!
